2018 Recap & What To Expect in the 2019 Housing Market

Here is a quick recap again of 2018 and what’s ahead for 2019

The Eric Stewart Show moved to 8AM on WMAL, featuring two segments: Pointing You Home with Eric Stewart & the Seniors Solutions Real Estate Show. Our archived radio show is still available to listen to and our new episodes are all available on podcast on iHeartRadio, AudioBoom, Spotify, Google Play, and more!  The biggest thing is we began a brand new podcast – Real Estate NOW, also available to stream and download on your favorite podcast directory.  

We started a Speaking Series: Hour long classes of information given in a concise manner from Eric Stewart and Helen Flynn; featuring Aging in Your Best Place (Aging Well) sponsored by Seniors Solutions and, our flagship seminar, How to Sell for Top Dollar.  We had success with this, but, to better serve you, we will be changing formats. If you missed Aging in Your Best Place with Helen Flynn, stay tuned to our website. This year, Helen will be hosting a series of “round table discussions” based off of her book – Selling Your Home: A Guide for the Mature Seller. If you are looking for information on how to navigate home ownership as you age, or if you’re a family member interested in learning how to be a caregiver during a move, this would be an excellent classroom-style discussion for you.
