About the Eric Stewart Group


After graduating from the University of Maryland with a BA in theatre in 1987, Eric Stewart parlayed his acting skills into a career in real estate. Eric quickly learned the ins-and-outs of contract negotiation, marketing strategies, and the ethical code of Realtors. After spending a few years as an independent agent, Eric realized that he needed to build a team to keep up with demand. Independent agents eventually run into the limits of time, energy, and resources, which restricts their ability to sell homes.

Adding agents and administrative staff, he began developing a successful group model where each member is responsible for specific functions in the real estate process, resulting in a whole team of real estate professionals working tirelessly for each of our clients.

With a diverse set of backgrounds and deep knowledge of our local geographic regions, our agents help clients buy and sell homes throughout Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. Our primary fiduciary responsibility is to provide the highest level of service to our clients, always having their best interest at heart. Together, the combined efforts of our group equal a superior selling and buying experience, resulting in properties sold fast and for top dollar.

Years later, some of the faces have changed, but the professionalism and results remain the same. To date, the Eric Stewart Group has sold more than 2,500 homes.
