Robert Garcia is our Director of Sales and Operations as well as a licensed Realtor® with over 16 years of experience. He is able to advise sellers and buyers on current market conditions, negotiate contracts with various contingencies, and recommend third party vendors, such as home inspectors, lenders, handymen, and settlement companies. He focuses on Montgomery, Prince George’s, Frederick counties, and Washington D.C.
Additionally, Robert oversees the behind-the-scenes operations in the office and train our licensed agents in the day-to-day challenges they encounter. His attention to detail keeps things running smoothly. In his spare time, he enjoys photography, playing soccer and spending time with his wife and 8 year old son.
