Robert Garcia is our operations manager as well as a licensed Realtor® with over 10 years of experience. He is able to advise sellers and buyers on current market conditions, negotiate contracts with various contingencies, and recommend third party vendors, such as home inspectors, lenders, handymen, and settlement companies. He focuses on Montgomery, Prince George’s, and Frederick counties.

Additionally, Robert oversees the behind-the-scenes operations in the office. His attention to detail keeps things running smoothly. In his spare time, he enjoys photography and spending time with his wife and young son.
