Here are some great things we have planned for 2018! 

The Eric Stewart Show is moving to 8AM on WMAL, featuring two segments: Pointing You Home with Eric Stewart & the Seniors Solutions Real Estate Show. Our achived radio show will still be available to listen to, but all of our new episodes will be on our new podcasting site – available for free streaming and downloading.  

Speaking Series: Hour long classes of information given in a concise manner from Eric Stewart and his expert agents; featuring Aging in Place (Aging Well) sponsored by Seniors Solutions, How to Sell for Top Dollar, as well as much more.  We have four dates already available for registration now, just click here (space is limited)!

Seniors Solutions: A new branch of the Eric Stewart Group. The Seniors Solutions team strategizes customized solutions that best fit your needs in downsizing and aging well. Spearheaded by Eric Stewart and Helen Flynn, the members of this dynamic Group are certified Seniors Real Estate Specialists and are trained in all things relating to downsizing and the overwhelming feelings that might come with moving as a mature seller.  

Group events: In January we will be volunteering at Manna food center in Gaithersburg as a Group, and for the 2018 season, we are continuing our sponsorship with Montgomery County Little League. Play ball, kids! Eric Stewarts’s 501(c)3, Widow Care, is entering into its fifth year and has big things ahead.  They closed out 2017’s Giving Tuesday volunteering during Maryland Public Television’s charity drive.

We are going paperless in 2018! In an effort to be more environmentally conscious, we will be striving to use less paper and recycle that which we do use. 

Our Buyers Agent department grew in 2017!  Check out Our Team page and get to know some of our new hires and our seasoned agents.  We have experience that you won’t find anywhere else.  Give us a try! Ask a home related question in the comments, and if we can’t answer it, maybe we’ll find something to gift to you.  

While we have many more things up our sleeves for 2018, it’s important to note that, at the end of it, all of these improvements are for the community and to better be able to serve you, our prospective clients and our past clients.  We thank you for making Eric’s 30 years in real estate memorable.
