Meet the Realtors® from the Eric Stewart Group of Long & Foster at the upcoming Beacon 50+ Expos, taking placing in Silver Spring, MD on Sunday, October 18 at the Silver Spring Civic Center and on Sunday, October 25 in Arlington at the Ballston Mall. Both events will be held from 12pm – 4pm.

At the 16^th annual 50+ Expos, there will be representatives from over 75 government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and area businesses who provide services and products of special interest to older adults and their families. Many of them will be offering free giveaways and holding prize drawings. In addition, you can obtain a health screening and flu shot, and enjoy live entertainment.  

At the Silver Spring Expo, Tammy Darvish, executive vice president for business development and government community affairs at Pentagon Federal Credit Union (PenFed) will be speaking about mid-life career change. She is well known locally for having been the face and voice of the Darcars Automotive Group where she was executive vice president for many years.

At the Arlington Expo, Gail Sheehy, best selling author of 17 books including Passages, named by the Library of Congress as one of the 10 most influential books of our times, will be giving the keynote speech. She has changed the way millions of women and men around the world look at the stages of their lives.

Stop by the Eric Stewart Group booth to pick up a free giveaway, enter a raffle for a free lunch at Clydes, or to request a complimentary home valuation! As senior real estate specialists, our focus is on helping seniors sell and downsize from a larger home to a smaller residence across the metro area. We will be available to answer any questions about downsizing and making a move. 

At the Silver Spring event, volunteers from Widow Care will also be at our table.  Founded by Eric Stewart in 2013, Widow Care is 501(c)3 nonprofit whose mission is to fulfill the unmet needs of widowed individuals through a support network of volunteers and community resources.
