3 Reasons You Would Sell Your Home As Is

1. You don’t have the emotional or financial capability of doing improvements – This is okay. There are companies that will do the work for you and accept payment at settlement. Some real estate agents know the people to call.
2. The land underneath your property is worth more – In this event, someone will simply take your house down, not caring about the condition of the property.
3. The integrity of your house is outdated – It doesn’t make sense to add bandaids to some things in the house, if you don’t change everything in the house.
